Shipping:
Most orders will be shipped within 72 hours. Orders that come in over the weekend and/or temporarily out-of-stock items may be slightly delayed. You will be notified if an item is out of stock via email.Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, which is anywhere from 2 to 6 days service. You will receive a confirmation email from UPS with your tracking number(s) in it. Insurance is added in with your order through UPS up to $100.00 If you are in Hawaii or Alaska we will use USPS Priority Mail for your order. Do NOT use the shopping cart to check out it will charge you the UPS rate and will be much higher than the USPS Priority Mail fee. E-mail us what you want and we will process it that way and email you back a total due. We are NOT shipping Internationally yet, but in time we will. * Pennsylvania residents are required to pay sales tax based on their residing county. Returns:
If something is wrong with an order you placed with PoconoWeb.com, we will do what we must to make your order right. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is the result of our error. If the item is received damaged, please return it for a free replacement. Please contact us to authorize a return. Items being returned for full refund must be in new condition and in original packaging. Also, items must be sent back freight prepaid; no C.O.D.s will be accepted. Returns must be made within 15 days. |
